1 John 3:1 says, “See what kind of love the Father has given to us,that we should be called children of God; and so we are.”

Fred spent 39 blissful years with Frito-Lay/PepsiCo Inc. eventually working as a Process Systems Engineer/Manager. Along the way, especially in the beginning, he opened his own IT company. So it was no surprise that when he retired, with in a few weeks, he came out of retirement and launched RHEMA Consulting and began traveling the globe help others think outside the box to resolve costly process system challenges.

Karen spent the first third of her career pulling teams of medical technologists together to offer Medical professionals and patients the most efficient and complete care they could receive. She spent the next two-thirds of her career as a family therapist and Biblical Counselor walking alongside and offering wise counsel from the Word to bereaved families and families in crisis, supervising LPC Interns, and speaking/teaching. She realized the minute she opened her private practice offices that “if you build it, they will come” is a fallacy! Karen now loves to helping other entrepreneurs work God’s way with God as the CEE (Chief Executive of Everything) to do what He has called them to do!

Together, they love the Lord, each other, their blended family which includes 6 children + in-loves, 11 (and counting) grandorables, and extended family & friends! They live on a Texas “ranchette” and are still learning how to raise crops and cattle, and fix fences, and mow! They love to visit a quaint East Texas lake and travel. They entertain family and friends every Friday night with food and games and movies! Y’all come!
